Als er 30 dagen zijn verstreken sinds uw aankoop, kunnen we u geen volledige terugbetaling of omruiling aanbieden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om in aanmerking te komen voor retournering moet uw artikel ongebruikt zijn en in dezelfde staat verkeren als waarin u het heeft ontvangen. Het moet ook in de originele verpakking zitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verschillende soorten goederen zijn vrijgesteld van retournering. Bederfelijke goederen zoals voedsel, bloemen, kranten of tijdschriften kunnen niet worden geretourneerd. We accepteren ook geen producten die intieme of sanitaire goederen, gevaarlijke materialen of ontvlambare vloeistoffen of gassen zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Extra niet-retourneerbare artikelen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cadeaubonnen<\/li>\n<li>Downloadbare softwareproducten<\/li>\n<li>Sommige gezondheids- en persoonlijke verzorgingsartikelen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om uw retourzending af te ronden, hebben wij een ontvangstbewijs of aankoopbewijs nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stuur uw aankoop alstublieft niet terug naar de fabrikant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn bepaalde situaties waarin slechts gedeeltelijke restituties worden verleend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boek met duidelijke gebruikssporen<\/li>\n<li>Cd, dvd, VHS-band, software, videogame, cassettebandje of vinylplaat die is geopend.<\/li>\n<li>Elk item dat niet in de originele staat verkeert, is beschadigd of er ontbreken onderdelen om redenen die niet te wijten zijn aan onze fout.<\/li>\n<li>Elk artikel dat meer dan 30 dagen na levering wordt geretourneerd<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zodra uw retourzending is ontvangen en ge\u00efnspecteerd, sturen wij u een e-mail om u te laten weten dat wij uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen. Wij zullen u ook op de hoogte stellen van de goedkeuring of afwijzing van uw terugbetaling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u wordt goedgekeurd, wordt uw terugbetaling verwerkt en wordt er binnen een bepaald aantal dagen automatisch een tegoed op uw creditcard of originele betaalmethode toegepast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<b>Te late of ontbrekende terugbetalingen<\/b>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u nog geen terugbetaling heeft ontvangen, controleer dan eerst uw bankrekening opnieuw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neem dan contact op met uw creditcardmaatschappij. Het kan enige tijd duren voordat uw terugbetaling officieel wordt geboekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neem vervolgens contact op met uw bank. Er is vaak enige verwerkingstijd voordat een terugbetaling wordt geboekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u dit allemaal heeft gedaan en uw teruggave nog steeds niet heeft ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op via {emailadres}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<b>Verkoopartikelen<\/b>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alleen normaal geprijsde artikelen kunnen worden terugbetaald. Uitverkoopartikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Uitwisselingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij vervangen artikelen alleen als deze defect of beschadigd zijn. Als je het wilt ruilen voor hetzelfde artikel, stuur ons dan een e-mail op {emailadres} en stuur je artikel naar: {fysiek adres}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als het artikel bij aankoop als cadeau is gemarkeerd en rechtstreeks naar u is verzonden, ontvangt u een cadeautegoed ter waarde van uw retourzending. Zodra het geretourneerde artikel is ontvangen, wordt er een cadeaubon naar u verzonden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als het artikel bij aankoop niet als cadeau was gemarkeerd, of als de cadeaugever de bestelling naar zichzelf heeft laten verzenden om het later aan jou te geven, sturen we het geld terug naar de cadeaugever en zij zullen nagaan of je het hebt geretourneerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Verzending retouren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om uw product te retourneren, dient u uw product te sturen naar: {fysiek adres}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het betalen van de verzendkosten voor het retourneren van uw artikel. Verzendkosten worden niet gerestitueerd. Als u een terugbetaling ontvangt, worden de kosten voor de retourzending van uw terugbetaling afgetrokken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afhankelijk van waar u woont, kan de tijd die nodig is voordat uw geruilde product u bereikt, vari\u00ebren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u duurdere artikelen retourneert, kunt u overwegen een traceerbare verzendservice te gebruiken of een verzendverzekering af te sluiten.
